Inline 6 250 perches, clam shells, motor mounts ORIENTATION

I'm getting ready to upgrade my 67 C10 from a 250 to a 327. After pulling the engine, I took a few pictures of the OEM mounts and the way they are oriented should I need reference in the future. Here's a few observations.

The clam shells are different, the one the left side of the block is taller than the one on the right. This is probably so it clears the exhaust pipe on the left side of the block.

The perches are different too; fortunately Chevy stamped a L and R for orientation. If you don't have the letters stamped, the angle part of the perch that sets on top of the frame rail faces towards the front of the vehicle. The photo shows my left side perch in the I6 position.

Hope this helps out the I6 folks.
