"Board Members Specials" Page is Back up

I finally got off my @ss and re-made the "Board Members Specials Page", I am going to run fewer items at a time and try to keep a common theme.

The theme this time is "Information" (I will be adding some more items later on today), and I am taking suggestions for the next theme.

Items will be changed around when ever I remember to do it.
