Run fast and far from these guys! I would send it back for a full refund and find a new vendor.
I personally have bought and installed 3 aluminum Champion Radiators over the last 20 years with zero issues and all are still going strong.

If you ask 20 people what the best radiator is... you'll get 20 different brands named.
My personal experience with Champion has been a positive one.
