77 K10 - rear leaf spring shackle

Does anybody know where to find a set of rear leaf spring shackles that aren’t for lifting/lowering, and that don’t already have bushings installed? I bent mine pretty good trying to hammer the bushing sleeve out of it this morning, and I already have a brand new set of red poly bushings so I don’t want the Dorman set that have rubber in them. I’ve checked Jegs and Summit already

Edit - I found these on ORD website. Doesn’t anyone know if they should work?
