I think you should keep it. I bought a house that immediately dipped in value to half what I paid for it. Did I lose money? Nope. I hadn't paid for it yet. I looked at it this way, I don't lose money until I sell it. So I rented it out and sat on it. Now it makes me money and is worth more than I paid. Go figure. Kinda like the stock market. Don't buy high and sell low. Oh, and my wife will not let me sell my trucks. However, the only way I would sell is to cash in on property. I am unemployed right now and she still won't let me sell them. She says, we will get by. She would rather see me driving them than to buy a commuter car too. It's your truck and your wife. You know best. My ex made me sell everything. Then she left with all the money and my children. All I had left was my truck. Just sayin.
