Rear wheel centering help

My truck has had air bags for years and the rear wheels were centered equally. I recently put some lowering blocks on and now the passenger side rear wheel is considerably further forward in the wheel opening than the drivers side.
I installed a CCP double adjustable panhard bar and centered the axle left and right, but the passenger side wheel is still further forward.
Any suggestions on how to correct this? Shouldn’t they at least be equal on both sides?
