Window Regulator Operations

Question for all.

I have installed all new window channel and felt in my '72 Jimmy. I cleaned and lubed the original window regulators when I had them out.

Now that they're installed, they are extremely hard to roll down. When rolling up, they're still a bit stiff, but much easier than trying to roll them down.

Anybody have any suggestions?
