Hydraulic to mechanical clutch?

I know theres a ton of threads on doing mechanical to hydraulic.
I'm wondering if anyone has done it the other way around.
I bought a $20 pedal assembly from a guy on offer up.turned out it was an automatic pedal assembly with hydro clutch and brake pedals in the box.i modded it to swing a clutch pedal like those kits.
I have the z bar and push rod setup.so I'd like to use the stuff I have.
Is it just a matter of shortening the push rod?it seems like the mechanical pedals have the fulcrum up higher then a hydro setup.

(My buddy had a pedal assembly loose so I was able to take measurements to modify my auto assembly)
