Winter project...pulled it out

Decided on a winter project to fix the oil leaks and maybe freshen the engine with some paint. The largest source of oil leaking was from the rear of the intake..guessing either the rtv gave way or the infamous oil sender? The dizzy gasket disintegrated as well

Seems like these copper? tube sender ports are always seized and like to break when removing. I wish I didn’t have to touch it, but seems like now is the time having the engine out to replace. I have it sprayed and will channel my patient self, but any tips are appreciated. Btw the oil pressure gauge works, but I’m ready to replace it all.
