1969-1972 Truck Sport Buckets with Tracks & Console - Driver Quality
I have a set of non-restored OEM Truck Buckets with tracks and color matched console for sale.
Tracks?: Seat tracks are there, fixed mount passenger (correct for truck applications) and adjustable/slide mount for driver side. The feet of the tracks are not pitted/missing like on some I have purchased before Rust?: There is no rust in the tracks or skirt other than surface rust as pictured. Covers/Color?: These seats still have their factory vinyl covers on them in the pretty rare color option of Dark Red (Maroon), which was only available in 1969. More information here. Foam Condition?: Driver seat could benefit from foam being added to one side bolster and Passenger seat is in great condition for being 50+ years old. If I had something to install them in, I would use them as-is. Seatbelt Console?: Original and correct for a 1969 truck, there are no visible cracks or missing chunks of plastic. The console is well worn, but also matches the condition of the seats - weathered and worn - not abused or subjected to the elements. Emblem on console top is for a GMC truck. Chrome where the seatbelts go does show some minor rusting and is consistent with the condition of the rest of the console. It does appear to have been painted inside (similar dark red color) and the ashtray has been used. The lid 'stop strap' is still present and not broken. Will these fit your truck?: These are OEM factory seats for 1969-72 trucks. The tracks on them would enable an easy bolt-in to your truck if you have provisions for sport bucket seats. These could also be used in a Blazer/Jimmy if you swap the passenger side fixed mount for the pivoting seat tracks.
