Cool Been a while since I last posted…..

Hello everyone!
Been a while since I last posted, thought I’d post some
News. I retired from Evergy in December, I had been there 15 1/2 years,
But they offered a buy out, gave me an additional 3years to my service,
And did pretty well fir myself between my 401k
And my retirement. Any way’s, I bought myself a retirement present…..
A brand New 2023 Camaro ZL1! This car is a beast! These cars should be illegal
to make, “Zero to 60 in I’m about to find the F out” sorry couldn’t resist.
Any here’s a few pictures, my wife and the dealer actually played a gag on me.
I knew they had ordered the car,I had someone in the new camaro forum track it
From the plant in Detroit(Lansing any way) and the dealer didn’t know I was able to, so as the receiving date got close, I would drive around the lot looking for it,
Well, they had received it, and hid it inside the wash bay…..
So, the wife told me we had to go sign the credit check paperwork, and when
We rolled up, there it was, right inside the showroom floor……I was a little ticked
Off, but excited at the same time.
Check out the little yellow sign I am pointing out on the rear of the car:

Also, my next project car: a 1966 El Camino 396 big block! The engine was long gone, but I’ve already located a 402 for it, and It’s got a 12 bolt posi 3.31
Rearend, and I’m going to put a Muncie M22
Rock crusher in it.
Hope all is well with everyone, have a Great Day !
Ben Smith
