Turn Signal mechanism.Am I missing a piece?

Second thread on my Tilt column.
As I’ve stated in my first thread, my tilt column works fine except cancelling the turn signal after a Righthand turn.
Could it be that I’m missing a Spring or lever in the mechanism on the side opposite from the lever (on the top of this attached photo)
Could someone show me a picture of a complete setup, then I’ll be able to tell myself.
If not his missing, then good, but if something is missing, then I’ll be ordering a new Mechanism.
