1997 2-Door Tahoe Build

I recently sold my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz and bought a 1997 2-door tahoe originally out of Texas. I wanted something older that I could work on. This is my daily driver now with 171,000 miles on it. I am planning 3-phases of the build.

Phase 1: Get her dry, she has some fluid leaks and get her solid mechanically.
- New Intake Manifold Gaskets [Complete]
- Cap and Rotor [Complete]
- New tires (265's) [Complete]
- Clean headlights [Complete]

- Fluid Changes
- Near Rear shaft Seal for Transmission
- New Transmission gasket and filter
- Flush Coolant
- New Door bushings [Partial Complete] - Don't ask.
- New Exhaust (p.o. hacked it up and has exhaust leak)
- Clean ac/heater box
- Fix Bezel around ghetto stereo and replace Speakers [Complete]
- New Front end (Ball joints, pitman arm, etc.) [Partial Complete]
- New Rear Brakes

Phase 2: New Interior
- Center Console out of late model Taho [Complete]
- New Carpet
- New Doorpads
- Fresh all trim pieced and replace broken ones
- Re-cover headliner
- Upgraded Speakers and stereo
- Keyless Entry FOBS
- Upgrade all interior lighting with LED's
- New seat bottoms for Front seats
- New Instrument Cover lense

Phase 3: Paint and body work
- Fix dents
- Paint
- New Molding
- New Rear bumper
- New HID Lights
- Roof Rack and relocate Spare to Roof Rack
- Old School KC Style lights on roof rack
