Help with truck value

I have the oppourtunity to buy a 1 ton 4X4 pickup. It is technically a 1988, but is what was called the "Heritage" edition. It isn't in perfect shape, but is what i've been looking for. It has a flatbed on it that is in ok shape, it also has a pto drive.

My questions, since I've never owned one of these trucks, what would be a estimate for a price? Is this a good truck, or should i be looking for something else? What problem areas are there with these?
