68 K10 Stepside "Just keep it drivable"
Here's my 68 K10 that I'm finally working on. It sat in a warehouse that I had in VA for 10 years. I never moved or started it that whole time. I bought a house in NC and moved it down here a year ago, so it has been at least 12 years since it last ran. Yes life does get in the way. 🤷
Currently I'm in the middle of a major house renovation which is driving me crazy. I need a distraction every once in a while to keep my sanity. My goal is to just fix problems that the truck has, but keep it drivable. I do not want to take it apart. This may not be exciting like a frame off, but I figured some people would want to follow along. The truck needs lots of little things and some crappie work undone that's happened by previous owners. So I ordered a new Delphi fuel pump for it a couple of months ago and on 9-2 I decided to put it on and get it running finally. It went as planned and was able to move it under it's own power. Finally!!!! 😁
