Holley Street Dominator 300-36 Intake help

I've googled the sh!t out of this and can't really find a an answer that just tells me no. So I come to the masses all here in one location.

Could someone that can put their hands on a SBC Holley 300-36 intake, do me a huge favor and confirm the flat spot on the drivers side can be drilled out to a 1-1/4" hole to accept a oil fill tube? Or is the spot too thin or in the wrong spot? (pic borrowed from the internet)

From what I've read and can tell by pics, I feel like the Holley is the best balance for performance while still keeping the look of a 60's/70's build.

Thanks!!
