Short bed step side total Re assemble HOW TO ?

looking for some recommendations on this process the complete bed will be assembled including new oak floor etc. I did test fit the repop bedsides headboard tailgate rear cross member my fenders are OEM take offs put it all together and disassembled before I sent off to paint (pictures)....here is my question and what im wrestling with reassemble the bed as you see it pictured when I get it back from paint set it up on horses add the cross members install the treated wood floor then install in its entire to the truck......or place the crossmembers to the frame build the wood bed on the truck frame then start with the head board left bedside right bedside rear cross member etc. am I over thinking this? Im sure there are a few who have done this either way and found the pros and cons I watched a Brothers Video some time ago about placing the boards and drilling around the rear wheel houses was a fleet side build but good info ...looked like they built the bed floor on horses and then put in on the chassis
