Re: My 1967 Build (Finally)

As some of you have seen either on facebook or the electrical section, my Holley Sniper 1 died on me. I did a ton of diagnostic tests and determined the ECU had failed. Called Holley to verify, and this was their consensus too.

So, I was faced with a 10-week rebuild window, which would totally put me outside of the ideal time to drive this truck for me, not to mention shows. I found I could upgrade to the Sniper 2 and quickly be back on the road. Ordered Tuesday, received Saturday. When I got back from the Creed, 3 Doors Down & Finger 11 concert , I got to it and had it all done collectively in a few hours. I recorded most of the swap so it took me longer due to having to be methodical with the recording.

Long story short, it runs now (again!)! The Sniper 2 has some pretty strong improvements. Throttle feel is FAR better to name one.
