1: My booster worked great but the little check valve on it was bad. It didn't allow air through either way. Just pull it off and blow on it, air should only go one way.

Thanks for the links and information. I will check the pedal ratio when I take the cover off in the spring. This has a good pedal just not enough stopping power. This is the first time I have built something like this so learning as I go. Steve
