Belt Squeak

I recently went from a long waterpump setup to a short waterpump on my 350 and now I have a belt squeaking when I rev it up. I bought a new alternator and power steering belt, sanded the pulley grooves slightly and I still have the squeak. I bought the alternator 5 months ago. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks
