Thanks! I am to! Saving up a bit to have the driveshaft shortened and the swap should be pretty quick after that.

Yeah its one of those you would have to be the only person with the GV, 4x4 and the V6 so it would be an interesting science experiment. And if all else BB swap next and all the other work can stay in place. I'm curious on mpg and just day to day driveability difference the GV gives you.

The GV swap seems to be pretty rare these days for sure! I can't blame people for not wanting to spend almost 4 grand on a GV setup when you can buy a 5 or 6 speed manual for alot less. I got pretty lucky with how cheap I got this setup and I've always wanted a GV but was in the same boat on not wanting to spend that much on a new one.
