Re: Leaf spring question

I have a set of ORD springs, I didn't order them but PO spec'd for his truck. It's possible ORD sent wrong springs. Is there a part number or some reference number on them? Rear springs will have the hoover, in less someone took it off. Also, I've talked to ORD numerous times about springs, and don't think it really matters what way the shackle goes. If it did, then they (or would be common knowledge that can't do a shackle flip with stock springs. What ORD states is when doing a flip, it will move the axle forward. Then it will be exaggerated with blocks or lift springs. When they spec a spring, they will ask if a flip is being used, and will move the center pin to center the axle in the wheelwell. In this case, it's pretty clear it's the wrong spring. Maybe if we could get a pic of the springs at the axle??
