OT-'64 Buick Skylark f/s

OK, I am doing what I thought I would never do. I am selling my baby. I need money to put into the truck project so it has to go. Here's some info about it; 1964 Buick Skylark 2 dr hdtp. I purchased it from the second owner. It has the stock 300 cubic inch V8 in it (the one with aluminum heads and intake manifold). It currently has a stock aluminum 2 bbl intake on it but I do have the original aluminum 4 bbl intake for it that it originally came with on the shelf (someone along the line wanted a 2 bbl on it for some reason). It has a Borg Warner T-10 4 speed transmission. This is a very rare car because of the 4 speed. Not many were made. It is virtually a rust free car. The floorboards, trunk floor, quarters, etc have no rust that I have seen. The only rust that I know of on the car is right around the lower portion of the back window area. The paint is just starting to bubble back there. The body is straight but it could use a paint job. The paint is oxidizing some and it is peeling in a few spots where the wrong primer was probably used at one point. The engine runs good and is awfully strong. I am amazed at the power that this thing has for being an all-stock, 2 bbl car. Must be the world-famous Buick Torque!! It has brand new (maybe 1,000 miles) Cragar SS wheels (15x8) and Grand Am radial tires (235/60/15). I also still have the original 14 inch wheels with thin white wall tires and the original hubcaps as well. All of the chrome trim is there and in good shape. I have hunted down all of the correct/original parts for the trim that goes around the radio (speaker trim and grille) and the radio itself. I also have some '64 Buick shop manuals, body manuals, owners manual, new car ads and even an original dealer brochure. The car is an excellent driver and gets lots of looks. Could use some touching up to be breath-taking. The car is located in Eastern Oregon. $5900 OBO.
