Thumbs down Stockton Wheel ?????

I purchased a set of 15x8 rally's from Stockton Wheels and after 3 weeks of BS and runaround from a gutless coward named ROD I received the wheels. To my disliking it looked like a 3 year old powdercoated the wheels. Where the centers meet the wheel the coating is globbed up and countless voids in the coating stick out like a sore thumb. I contacted Rod and asked to return the wheels. His first responce was that he made those wheels just for me and that I couldnt return them for a refund. I did have the option of returning them to be powdercoated again at my cost. I responded that I would keep the wheels and he pay to have them coated here under my supervision. I am emailing pix's back to Rob whom also told me he personally inspected the wheels before they left Cal. Ray Charles would not have let these leave the factory. I would be very careful in dealing with S.W. I have delt with many vendors and none as cheesey as what I am fighting now!
