PST Front End Rebuild Kit

I ordered the original rubber front end rebuild kit for my chassis last week. I added the inner tie rods and the trailing arm bushings.

Now that I am assembling everything, I notice there are no tire rod end sleeves so I call them up. They are not included in the kit I ask why and all he tells me is they are available for $12 each.
I hit my local auto parts store and bought Moog sleeves for the same price.

Another thing, both Upper ball joints do not move at all. The lowers are fine, but the uppers are stiff as nails. Is this normal? I would expect them to move just as easily as the lowers?

So far I'm not very impressed with their 'kit'
