Cal Custom's
I finally managed to get my finned aluminum dress up parts to the powder coater. I went with the brightest silver metallic and a clear high gloss top coat that they had. I still need to paint the valve covers but I think you will get the idea of what they will look like. I have a set for a BB valve covers that I need to paint the black on also. I have 1 coat of gloss black with 1 coat of black hammer tone over the top. In person you get a slightly different look because you still see the gloss in the valleys of hammer tone paint. I think it looks pretty cool.
One thing I am still missing in this package is an air cleaner to match. I got one from a board member a year ago but it turned out to be the small one. I didn't think to ask if it was the 14". Atleast I can use it on the 250-6 in my 67. It is a perfect size for a 1bbl.
