Shift linkage diagram/availability...

I have a '72 C20 with a 350 and a TH350. The rod that controls the shifting that goes from the steering column down to the tranny is what I need a pic of. I think there was some sort of special bolt that attaches the rod to the steering column, but I lost it somewhere.

Anyone know where I can get one or explain exactly what it is so that I can make one? It looks kind of like a bushing with a bolt sticking out the side, if I remember correctly...
