Suspension Tests

How do I test to see if I need to replace the pitman arm? As far as I know everything is stock with about 174000 miles. I know I need an idler arm (already have). I still need to get inner / outer tierods, adjuster sleeves, and pitman arm (I guess) along with upper and lower ball joints. Do I seem to be missing anything suspension wise besides a-arm bushings? Center link shouldn't be bad I wouldn't think. Ive never rebuilt the front-end components before. I read Mikes article and it helped some. Looking for some help

I would like to really take it all apart and do a total rebuild. New Cross shafts, clean up the a-arms and install new bushings but I dont have time or money for all that right now. Im pretty close but its already about 350 and getting higher. So there needs to be some stopping point albeit 3/4 the way into it.
