Installing my 99 Silverado 40/20/40 seats

Here are some pics of the 40/20/40 seats I got from a 99 Silverado that are going in my 69 K20. The current pics show the seats sitting as designed, that is, the driver and passenger seat front brackets are designed to sit on top of the center seats brackets.

If I mounted the seats like above I would use a larger 1" spacer than you see to be safer.

These seats put you closer to the dash as you can see in the next two pics. I am right at 6' and would have trouble if I were much taller. I will be using a tilt so that will help. Seats are so comfortable I will give up a little leg room for the seat comfort.

The last pic shows them with the brackets in different postions than designed so the driver and passenger front seat brackets are positioned better on the floor. I think this is how I will actually mount them.
