Dually hub adapters or not?

Howdy,

Does anyone have any opinions about the dually hub adapters by Arrowcraft?

I am half way thru converting my '67 C20 to a dually setup. I was able to bolt up the rims to my eaton axle with minimal modifications, now I'd like to complete the look up front.

The adapters for the front are around $250 for the pair. Are there other options available?

And would there be issues of bearing stress or safety using these adapters?

Thanks!
