'68 Heavy Chevy FS

1968 Chevelle "SS Tribute”

I know it's not a truck, but it is a Chevy! I hate to see it go, especially with all the $$ and sweat equity I've put into it, but here it is.

West Texas Car, no rust that I can find
Setup for Big Block
Fresh Turbo 400 Transmission, Art Carr Converter
Fresh 12 bolt Posi rear end with 3.73 gears
Goodmark 2 ½” Cowl Hood (comes with original SS hood)
New Aluminum Radiator with dual electric fans
Weld Pro Star 15x8’s with 255/60’s front and 15x10’s with BFG Drag Radials rear (can swap for original Rallys if you want)
Buckets and console
Hurst ratchet shifter (comes with new original staple shifter and wiring harness)
New ACC Carpet
3” Exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers
New windshield

Extra Engine Parts that may be purchased at a discount if you buy the car: .060 over 4 bolt 454 block ready to assemble, Professionally ported 781’s with amazing flow numbers, Barry Grant 850DP Speed Demon, worked Holley 750 DP, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Moroso Deep oil Pan, Isky Z-33 Solid Cam, EDM lifters and valve springs good to .700 lift, Stewart Stage 2 Aluminum water pump, Hooker Headers, Carter 172gph Fuel Pump, all accessories with brackets including chrome alternator and power steering pump with serptine pulleys, K&N filters with custom cold air cowl induction, -8 braided fuel line with Earls filter, double roller timing chain,

Other Parts that may be purchased at a discount if you buy the car: Stock radiator, gear drive, ’71 12 bolt rear, 8.5” 10 bolt Posi, 26x8 ET Drag Slicks, misc SS emblems

Everything listed is either brand new or less than 1 year old. This is a 136 not a 138 (SS) car. I have the original owners manual and Protecto Plate if that is important to you. I believe that I’m the 3rd owner of the car. The car is very straight and rust free, but needs a good paint job. The bumpers and chrome are excellent. I’ve had the carpet out of the car and the floors look like they are brand new. Drop you short block of choice in (or buy a rotating assembly and build a 496 with the above mentioned parts like I was going to ) paint to your desired color and you’ve got an outstanding ride. Can email any and all pictures on request. bpursley@esc14.net

$8000 for the car
I'll come up with a "total package" price for everything listed if there is interest.
