What are they worth?
I have a question. I have a chance to get a 1986 5/4 ton CUCV pickup.
The cab and bed are not worth much and the engine is bad(spun bearing). It still has all the drive train in it. Front D60 and FF14 rear and the TH400/NP208(I was told, couldn't crawl under it today) setup. Mileage is 41,xxx. My question is this, is it worth it to give $1,250 for this truck, keep the front and rear axles and part out the rest to get back as much money as I can? The tires and wheels are in excellent shape also. The doors are in good shape as well as the doghouse. Only rust up front is on one inner fender. Any help would be appreciated.
