window motor going out???

My '89 suburban w/ electric windows has the driver's side window that I think is going out. Here are the symptoms:

window starts to go down (already slower than the other windows), then gets slower and slower eventually coming to a stop about half way down. At that point, I can't make it go up or down. I have to wait 5-10 minutes then do it.

It seems like it's overheating and waiting just lets it cool down first.

Any help??
