WTB- bellhousing or just my sanity...

I've ben through hell and back trying to find a bellhousing. I've bought 2 of them only to find out they were the wrong ones. I've searched for months on end and the only 2 I've found were in the last 2 days and they both slipped though my fingers. Please help me return to the world of the sane!

I am looking to buy a manual tranny bellhousing with the bracket for a slave cylinder on the driver's side. I've been told this was only common to Chevy trucks built between 1985 and 1987 though I don't know for sure. I am trying to build a real oddball project 4x4 but I'm almost at my breaking point over this stupid bellhousing alone.

And to think my dad always told me Chevy parts are easer to come by that Ford junk as he finds whatever he needs for his Falcon!!!!

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!
