Should have known better....

Frustration rant.............
Well the 82 had a wristpin on #1 go bad about a month ago. Thought I did good replacing the rod/piston etc. Hey it was a fairly new Autozone redone long block. Well looks like I'll be yanking an engine again soon. Near as we can figure sounds like I lost a skirt on #1 or #2. Means something in that piece of crap long block is out of kilter. I guess i should have redone the whole thing then, but I was hoping the rest of the engine had been done right. RIGHT!!!!! Time to go shopping for a 250 short block that's done right this time. If it wasn't such a pain, finding all the accessories, I would givre serious thought to a V8. Hopefully it'll stay together long enough to find what I need reasonablly.

Thanks for the rant time.

Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift.
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God!
