misaligned power steering pump

Wow, it's been more than a year since I last came to this message board, where has the time gone. I see Josh has been busy upgradeing the board and I'm sure many of you all have been just as busy.

Anyhow, I was hopeing someone could answer this question.

In the attached pic (that I nabed from tx firefighter and modified) I circled a bolt hole in green, the hole is threaded 5/16 I beleave, and the yellow arrows point to the only two places that the power steering pump is attached to the bracket. Shouldnt it be attached at the green hole as well, or am I missing something else?.

When I look at the alignment of the pulleys they are not straight like this "--"
they are more like this "-\" and when I push down on the belt with my hand it gets even worse. In the pic you will notice the shorter arrow points to a non adjustable mounting hole, when I push on the belt that section of the bracket flexes forward and increases the misalignment.

The power steering pump is located on the drivers side under the alternator on a seperate belt.
