Throatless Shear from Harbor Freight

El Cheapo throatless shear from Harbor freight. I DON"T EVER WANT TO WORK ON SHEETMETAL WITHOUT ONE AGAIN!!!!! Without a doubt this is the best spent money on a tool EVER. No more fighting with tin snips. No more accidentally slicing my knuckles when my hand slips off the handle of the tin snips (and I'm too dang lazy to walk over to the bench and get my gloves).

I can cut curves, straight lines, you name it. If you guys are workin' sheetmetal, you MUST have one of these tools bolted to your work bench. Spent the afternoon making a console for the '66 and actually enjoyed working metal!

The console in the picture is not finished, but the metal work is essentially done. The tope hole is obviously stereo, and the other 4 small holes are mounting for the Sirius Satalite radio my wife bought me for Christmas.

The other picture is one of the throatless shear itself.
