Question Another clutch/header question - Please help

FYI: I did do a search on this site and I know this has been discussed, but I am can't find a solution for this specific problem so here I go:

I am putting a 1975 vintage 350 in my 67 C10 attached to the original 3-speed transmission in the 6-cylinder position. I put on Headman Headers (#69090) but my clutch linkage does not clear. I put a ball stud in the block, right below the dipstick and it lined right up with the original 6cylinder frame bracket and cross bar. Now that everything is hooked up, when I press the clutch the bar from the pedal and the upper arm on the cross shaft hits the pipes.
I thought these were the headers that were supposed to work for this set up.
Do I need to modify my linkage parts as well? If so, how?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and I'll buy the next round, again.
Thanks.
