How can I clean a steering wheel?

I have a steering wheel that was took off my 71 Chevy C-10 back in 1995 when I bought the truck. Its been stored in a box since then and every time we move my wife tries to get me to throw it away.

Well I was surfing Ebay the other day and decided to check these out and now she's glad I never threw it away.

Anyhow it had one of those leather wraps around it and I took that off. The wheel looks like its in very very good shape. No cracks that I can see as of yet. But it does need a good cleaning before I put it on Ebay to sell.

Whats good to use to clean these old steering wheels? And anyone got an idea what it might bring. Like I said its a 71 Chevy C-10 steering wheel in very good shape.
