General price to hook up origanal airconditioning

I just went to look at a 70 lwb with factory air that was not hooked up and I would want to make it work if I buy it. I would want it changed over to the new coolent. But I realy don't know how much this would cost as I have never had a car or truck with air before. I have read some of the post but did not take it all to heart as it did not apply to me at the time. Now, I wish I had read them better. I am not looking for a exact price just a general idea.
