What has anyone come up with for ideas in different tailights in a fleetside bed?

What about something that wraps around to the outside edge...

I like the stock tailights but they seem to be incomplete when there's no Chrome around them. AND since I've shaved the Mirrors, door handles and side chrome I don't want the tailight chrome.
I'm not real fond of a completely Smoothed rear, where the tailights are in a RollPan, so I'd like to do something in the location where they are from the factory.
