bleeder screw question

Changed my front brake hose no sweat, bleed them out no sweat, all was good.
I replaced the bleeder screws on both sides. Took it out stops on a dime no problem there. But I noticed the bleeder screws weeping around the threads some dryed it off test drive a gain same. Pulled the screws to compare the are almost the same but not exactly the ends of the new ones are pointy the ones in the truck are more flat and blunt put the old ones back in and it apears to be ok so far?

Any thoughts.
