Manual Tranny questions on engine swap

I'm replacing the I6 in my 67 SWB with a 327 from a 67 LWB. I am keeping the 3sp manual trans setup, but I'm not sure which tranny to use. The one from the I6 is quite a bit shorter than the one with the 327. The clutch and tranny with the I6 work fine and have a lot less miles on them, so I thought I would just use that with the 327. But with the 2 trannys being different lengths, I'm not sure now. I have the v-8 engine brackets.

Can I use either tranny, or should I just use the longer one that goes with the 327?

Can I use the clutch assembly of the I6 on the 327?

Thanks!
