I live about 20 miles east of Gap.No need for block heaters! It will be cold Tuesday, high of 24.By thursday it will be back to 40.We were riding our bikes new years day,it was 62!There is no smog test on older vehicles.Just had my suburban inspected for $19.00.Last summer was a wet year for us,but we can go most of the summer without much rain. The Beach is about 2hrs south to Rehobeth DE,2.5 to O.C.,MD.As long as you are not homophobic,Rehobeth is a nice, more quite, beach town.Ocean City is more lively. They have a big cruise in May and September.6000 cars and trucks for 4 days.
