67-72 Chevy motor mount placement

Hello,

I'm new to the site, currently restoring a 69 SWB prostreet truck and I have installed the new 383 stroker and it seems to sit too far forward on the frame. I know there are two positions for the motor frame mounts front and a back. But I looked at moving the motor frame mounts to the back position but the lower bolt doesn’t line up with a pre drilled hole on the cross member. Please help.
