Convert Dually to singles? Questions...

Been on the lookout for 85-87 3/4 ton 4x4's with little luck.

Seen some dually 4x4's pickups and wondering how difficult it is to take one from a dually to single rear wheels?

Is it as simple as changing rims on both front and rear? What about front hubs / calipers? I believe they have extention on them.
