D@mnit!!!

So I was drivin' home from college and about an hour from home I blew the front seal on my tranny. I have a 90 Blazer with the 700R4 in it, atleast Im pretty sure thats whats in it. but anyways I obviously dumped the fluid and burned the tranny up.....DAMNIT! so ya Im gonna take it out myself and take it somewhere to be rebuilt since I dont know too much about transmissions....soooo my question is...is there anything they can do when they rebuild it to kind of boost it and make it stronger and more efficient like a trans go kit or something? or is there a tranny I can buy that is stronger and more efficient? in the future I plan on making my Blazer for pure off road so I figured while Im doin tranny work might as well get it beefed up if I can, but for now its still goin to be a daily driver? Thanx for any help.

P.S. I was readin somewhere about transfer case stuff and someone talked about transfer case clocking....what is this?
