As for the amp, you have many options! You could go with a four channel amp for this and get more power to the kicks. You could then add a two channel or mono amp, if it is stable, to run the subs. Or, you might could get a five channel amp. (Designed to run the entire system in one amplifier. Less wiring to worry with.)
