vibration problem

I have a 84 chevy that I just installed a new 350 engine (replaced the 305), rebuilt tranny, and rebuilt driveshaft. When I get to about 45 MPG I feel a slight vibration that feels more drive train than tires. I had an expert drive it and he did not feel what I did. He inspected the drive shaft and found everything ok. My tires are new but I think I will take it back for re-balancing.
Anyone experianced something like this? Any suggestions?
