4 speed shifter boot

I'm getting all the stuff I need to swap over to a granny 4 speed SM465 and the one thing I can't find is a shifter boot. It's not like a regular 4 speed out of a pickup I think, the shifter boot is set farther forward at the front of the tranny tunnel, not in the middle like other trucks. Also the shifter isn't straight, it's got a bend in it that goes up and to the left. If someone knows where I can buy one of these shifter boots new I'd appreciate it.
